• Security: Account security is paramount. It is recommended to enable two-factor authentication (2FA). You are responsible for all activities under your account, and any unauthorised access must be reported immediately.

• Scope of Use: You may use our Services for lawful purposes, whether personal or commercial, as outlined in these Terms. Corporate users may extend access to staff and customers in compliance with these Terms.

• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying components of our Services is prohibited unless expressly permitted by law.

• Misrepresentation: Misrepresenting AI-generated content as human-generated is forbidden.

• Security Breaches: Unauthorised access, including the use of scraping tools or attempts to bypass security measures, is strictly prohibited.

• Competing Products: You may not use the Services to develop products that compete with Enterprise AI.

 

4. Corporate Domains and Accounts

 

• Account Control: If you register with a corporate email, your account may be linked to the organisation’s domain, granting the administrator control over your account, including access to content and management of access rights.

 

5. Third-Party Services

 

• Integration: Our Services may integrate with third-party services such as cloud storage or work management tools. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the terms of these third-party services.

• Liability: We are not responsible for the availability or reliability of third-party services or any issues arising from their use.

 

6. Content and Intellectual Property

 

6.1 Your Content

 

• Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you create using our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a license to use, host, and modify your content to improve our Services.

• Responsibility: You must ensure that your content does not violate intellectual property laws or the rights of others.

• Service Reliability: AI-generated content is probabilistic in nature, and may not always be accurate, reliable, or up to date. Users should not rely on the output and are responsible for validating the output, especially in critical contexts such as legal, financial, or medical decisions.

• Service Accuracy: We strive to improve the accuracy of AI-generated content, we cannot guarantee error-free output.

 

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

 

10.1 Disclaimers

 

• No Guarantees: The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain biases, and users are responsible for reviewing and mitigating these risks.

 

10.2 Limitation of Liability

 

• Liability Cap: Enterprise AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is capped at the amount paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the incident.

 

11. Termination

 

• Termination Rights: Users may terminate their accounts at any time. Enterprise AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, misuse of Services, or inactivity exceeding 12 months.

 

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

• Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, with arbitration as a preliminary step if applicable.

 

13. Changes to These Terms

 

• Modification Notice: We will update these Terms at our discretion. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any significant changes to these Terms. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
