Cost worksheet
Estimate one billing period before choosing a plan: platform plan + AI consumption + infrastructure + any provider subscription + agreed delivery or support fees + applicable tax. Check currency and billing period for every item. Do not treat the displayed plan price as the whole operating cost.
Copy these fields into your budget: workflow; expected cases per month; AI calls per case; average input and output size; provider and model; storage and runtime needs; quoted unit rates; included allowances; setup fees; tax; budget owner. Multiply expected quantities by confirmed rates, then add fixed fees. Mark an unknown as “to confirm”, never zero.
Consultants: estimate one client delivery and repeat use separately. Operations: include peak queue volume and reviewer effort. Software vendors: estimate usage per customer and who pays for it. Compare the total with your current cost per completed task.
Do not activate paid use while a necessary rate, allowance or billing responsibility remains unknown. Confirm these with the relevant provider or your agreed EnterpriseAI commercial contact. Set an internal review point before expanding; a budget worksheet does not enforce a product spending limit.
